Waiting for August to come, to go on our regular holidays, after a long time and on the occasion of our 5th wedding anniversary, my wife and I decided to make a one-day trip to the nearby island called Agistri.

Everyone knows that famous French director Luc Besson chose Amorgos as one of the main settings for his subsequently renowned film The Big Blue (1988).
What is important to note is that this endless blue characterises the entire journey by ship. Basically, all shades of blue surround you as you sail around the Aegean. This sea has no match.
Beauty around us / Kimolos
Kimolos is a very beautiful little island in the middle of Aegean Sea. The only way to reach the island is by ferry, either from Piraeus port or from Milos island via a local ferryboat.
