Celebrate spring in Aegina
Our beautiful neighbor
Although I’ve written about Aegina and its attractions before, I thought I’d remind you just how easy it is to visit and explore the island in a single day. I believe the ideal time to visit is the enchanting spring.
The whole island is in full bloom at this time of year, a bicycle is the best way to get around, and the ease of the visit makes a day trip almost a must.
The people who live here are incredibly friendly, the food (and the pistachios) is delicious, the fish is cheap and fresh, and the local products are excellent.
