PIL - People I Like - #5 - Graphic Designer / Illustrator / Painter miss Ranio Sarri

Her name is Ranio and she is my first female-PIL entry.

She was born and raised in Athens but her summers belong to her place of origin; Kefalonia island.

As long as she can remember herself, she has been dealing with design and painting. She began her studies in furniture design and continued with free drawing and graphic design.

Her favourite artist is Francis Bacon.

Her career path starts from NEXIT advertising, where she was lucky to work for 6 years next to remarkable people in the field of advertising and magazines. At the same time she has taken part in group exhibitions with visual content, as well as the Red Bull Collective Art, an exhibition of 2000 selected works by artists from 85 countries.

For the last 2 years she has had her own creative agency, a graphic art workshop. As she likes to say: “Business cards, corporate identity, illustration, packaging, web design, furniture design, decoration and anything that can be a creative element is my object.”
